My name is Chris Thompson and I am a Freelance Project Manager, specializing in ecommerce. Professionally, I have 16 years of experience in project management, delivering more than 100 projects on time, within scope, and within +/- 10% of budget. These projects have ranged in budget from $100k to $2M, deployed a combination of waterfall, agile, and scrum methodologies, and have involved globally distributed teams. I also regularly employ PMI best practices to control project integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, communication, risk, procurement, and stakeholders.
